Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience
- proven lead experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- maintain current health card as per state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record check
- ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- availability for approximately 50-hour work week
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to meet all company policies and legal employment standards

- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
