Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience
  • proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current health card as per state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record check
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • availability for approximately 50-hour work week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to meet all company policies and legal employment standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations including team development, pristine restaurants, and financial performance
  • drive high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • understand and perform all restaurant job roles
  • maintain accountability for all restaurant performance aspects and serve as ultimate decision-maker
  • engage in effective communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • build and train an effective team with timely performance feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain consistent strong financial results
