Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • current Health Card
  • reliable transportation
  • must pass criminal background and motor vehicle records check
  • must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to work expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • ability to maintain compliance with company policies
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • availability to work 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations including a successful crew and pristine restaurants
  • drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • serve as ultimate decision-maker and be accountable for restaurant performance
  • maintain clear and consistent communications with leadership and staff
  • train and develop team with timely performance feedback
