Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant general management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must hold or obtain I-PACT certificate within 30 days
  • Must hold or obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable and professional work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years of restaurant general management experience with high volume
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities with coaching and mentoring experience
  • Holds or able to obtain Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training Certificate (I-PACT) within 30 days
  • ServSafe certified or able to obtain within 30 days
  • Capacity to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Lead plus manage equals accountability (LMA)
  • Win on fast and friendly service
  • Conduct L10 weekly meetings to ensure clear understanding of responsibilities
  • Maintain store-level culture and policy enforcement
  • Manage labor cost and cost of goods sold by creating weekly budgets
  • Uphold operational standards including cleanliness and maintenance
  • Execute quarterly performance reviews using the 5x5 system
  • Oversee daily and weekly administrative tasks such as QuickBooks payments and new hire paperwork
  • Promote clear communication maintaining proper chain-of-command adherence
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and staff development
  • Oversee front-of-house scheduling and staffing
  • Manage hiring, training, discipline, and performance reviews for front-of-house employees
  • Ensure accuracy of cash and safe balance reports
  • Conduct inventory checks to manage stock levels
  • Engage customers with 100 percent table touches
  • Identify and pursue avenues for revenue growth
  • Perform other duties as assigned
