Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current health card as per state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Expected 50-hour work week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety standards and employee training
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew performance, food quality, and financials
- Drive high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
- Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and decision making
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
- Build an effective team through training, development, and timely feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent financial performance
