Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card as per state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Expected 50-hour work week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in managing financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and employee training
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew performance, food quality, and financials
  • Drive high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
  • Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and decision making
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Build an effective team through training, development, and timely feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain consistent financial performance
