Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to pass background check
  • must have reliable transportation
  • valid driver's license
  • proof of insurance

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge and or passion of the restaurant business
  • basic pc skills
  • knowledge of and prior exposure to labor cost reporting operating statements and other business related reporting
  • integrity
  • must be eligible to work in the united states
  • must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle with proof of insurance

Job Duties

  • create a world class guest experience
  • manage train and direct the restaurant team
  • deliver exceptional brand standards cleanliness and safety
  • attain sales budgets
  • manage operational execution and expense control
  • manage all restaurant inventory
  • perform other duties as assigned
