Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in beverage or food outlet
- knowledge of restaurant industry trends and equipment
- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- experience in banquet operations
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- ability to manage, train and develop 15 plus associates
- ability to deliver quality service guests expect
- ServSafe Manager and Alcohol certified
- ability to work varied schedule including holidays and special events
- ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs
- ability to stand, sit and walk for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree

Job Duties
- Lead food and beverage operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- lead Waving Girl rooftop restaurant as a working manager driving excellence daily
- oversee operations in Bluestone Lane café and assist in directing these teams
- monitor food preparation and serving areas to ensure quality, brand, and service standards
- plan and implement effective orientation and training programs for new hires and professional development for staff
- collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, food costs, and operational efficiency
- ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, energy management, and preventive maintenance standards
