Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card as required by state or local laws
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including crew and staff development, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness
  • Drive high standards around food safety, customer service, and store maintenance
  • Understand and perform every job in the restaurant as needed
  • Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance including financial results
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
