Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications

- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card as required by state or local laws
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations including crew and staff development, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness
- Drive high standards around food safety, customer service, and store maintenance
- Understand and perform every job in the restaurant as needed
- Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance including financial results
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
- Build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
