Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Must maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to perform all restaurant job functions
  • Leadership and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing financial performance

Job Duties

  • Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
  • Achieving and maintaining world class operations including successful and well-developed crew and staff
  • Maintaining high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Performing every job in the restaurant as needed
  • Being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
  • Engaging in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • Building an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
