Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current health card per state or local requirements
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including varied shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job within the restaurant
  • Serve as ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • Engage in clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
