Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • maintain current health card as per state or local laws
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to develop and motivate teams
  • experience in managing P&L and operational processes

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • maintain world-class operations including developed crew, clean facilities, and strong financial results
  • enforce high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
  • serve as the ultimate decision maker responsible for restaurant performance
  • communicate consistently and clearly with leadership and staff
  • ensure company policies and procedures compliance
