Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must maintain current health card per local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Ability to work 50 hours per week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Strong team leadership and development skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and store operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage finances and analyze operational metrics
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training of staff
- Manage restaurant operations including P&L, food quality, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain effective communication with field leadership and staff
- Provide timely performance feedback and development opportunities
- Uphold company culture, values, and policies
