Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must maintain current health card per local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Strong team leadership and development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and store operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage finances and analyze operational metrics

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team
  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training of staff
  • Manage restaurant operations including P&L, food quality, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain effective communication with field leadership and staff
  • Provide timely performance feedback and development opportunities
  • Uphold company culture, values, and policies
