Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card as required by state or local laws
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Skilled in team building and people development
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including successful crew and staff management
  • Ensure excellent food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision maker for restaurant operations
  • Maintain clear and consistent communications with field leadership and staff
  • Build an effective team through training and development providing timely performance feedback
