Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • maintain current Health Card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass SERV Safe Certification
  • availability to work approximately 50 hours a week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • reliable transportation
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform all restaurant job functions as needed
  • oversee recruitment, training, and management of staff
  • manage P&L and financial results
  • ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations
