Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- maintain current Health Card
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- pass SERV Safe Certification
- availability to work approximately 50 hours a week including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam

Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
- maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- perform all restaurant job functions as needed
- oversee recruitment, training, and management of staff
- manage P&L and financial results
- ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations
