Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma required
  • minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership roles
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • maintain current Health Card according to state or local laws
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, holidays as required
  • expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current Health Card per state or local requirements
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including staff development, cleanliness, and financial performance
  • maintain high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • perform every job function in the restaurant as needed
  • be accountable for all restaurant performance aspects
  • communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • build an effective team through training and provide timely performance feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain strong financial results
