Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Current health card as per local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Valid health card as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Proven track record of managing teams and operational success
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
- Provide clear, consistent leadership and recognize individual and team contributions
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage profit and loss and overall restaurant operations to ensure maximum profitability
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Act as liaison between restaurant staff and senior leadership ensuring effective communication
- Foster a positive company culture aligned with DRG core values
