Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current health card as per local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Valid health card as required by state or local regulations
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Proven track record of managing teams and operational success
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
  • Provide clear, consistent leadership and recognize individual and team contributions
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage profit and loss and overall restaurant operations to ensure maximum profitability
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Act as liaison between restaurant staff and senior leadership ensuring effective communication
  • Foster a positive company culture aligned with DRG core values
