Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write in English
- Must maintain current health card as required by state or local laws
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Expected 50-hour workweek
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage team development and operational performance
- Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
- Experience handling profit and loss management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Identify and develop a high-potential team into effective leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations with well-trained crew and staff
- Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Have a clear understanding and ability to perform every job in the restaurant
- Be accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance
- Maintain clear and consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Build an effective team through training, development, and timely performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent strong financial results
