Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card as required by state or local laws
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Expected 50-hour workweek
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write in English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team development and operational performance
  • Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Experience handling profit and loss management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop a high-potential team into effective leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations with well-trained crew and staff
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Have a clear understanding and ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • Be accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance
  • Maintain clear and consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build an effective team through training, development, and timely performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain consistent strong financial results
