Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years experience as a general manager in restaurant or retail with P&L responsibility
  • food safety certification required
  • open availability to work flexible hours
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • strong communication skills in English
  • financial literacy
  • willingness to work 45 hours per week or more
  • ability to tolerate noise and allergens
  • must spend majority of time on shop floor
  • must be able to follow company policies
  • ability to use Microsoft Office
  • strong work ethic and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years as a general manager in a restaurant or retail environment with profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties

  • Select and hire great employees who represent Potbelly values
