Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- must pass background check
- must have reliable transportation
- basic personal computer literacy
- ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs, cleaning parking lot and grounds
- ability to stand, walk, and stoop for 80% of shift
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- experience with profit and loss responsibility
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities

Job Duties
- lead the team by establishing a positive work environment and customer hospitality
- recruit, hire, and train employees
- conduct new hire orientations and develop training plans
- schedule and deploy staff efficiently
