Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check
  • must have reliable transportation
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs, cleaning parking lot and grounds
  • ability to stand, walk, and stoop for 80% of shift
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities

Job Duties

  • lead the team by establishing a positive work environment and customer hospitality
  • recruit, hire, and train employees
  • conduct new hire orientations and develop training plans
  • schedule and deploy staff efficiently
  • manage employee performance issues
  • resolve customer complaints and issues
  • oversee restaurant budget and financial plans
