Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Availability for expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations with well-developed crews and staff
- Ensure restaurant excellence including food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- Hold accountability for all restaurant performance aspects and make final decisions
- Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
- Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
