Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license for duties including shift coverage, catering delivery, supply runs, marketing, training attendance, and inter-location travel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Prior management experience in restaurant operations
  • Commitment to fostering a guest-centric culture
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Willingness to take calculated risks and encourage innovation

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager (for external hires)
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching team members
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight
  • Proficiency with POS systems, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems
  • Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • Hospitality or business degree preferred
  • Culinary and kitchen operations management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales using local market knowledge
  • Drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Analyze financial data to support continuous improvement and respond to market trends
  • Foster an ownership mindset within the team using KPIs and EBITDA targets to drive restaurant success
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking while promoting teamwork
  • Develop management team members through leadership training to maintain culinary and hospitality standards
