Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with leadership
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- must maintain current health card per local requirements
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- ability to work approximately 50 hours per week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- leadership and team development skills
- knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-potential team into leaders
- oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- manage all aspects of restaurant operations including P&L
- ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food
- maintain compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
- communicate consistently with field leadership and staff
- uphold company culture and values through leadership and accountability
