Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to perform all restaurant jobs
  • Current Health Card per state or local requirements
  • Certification in SERV Safe
  • Effective communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage profit and loss to ensure maximum profitability
  • Ensure high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Act as a liaison between restaurant staff and field leadership
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with team and leadership
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
