Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • Experience in staff development and team building
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team by training and coaching
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage P&L and overall restaurant operations to ensure profitability
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Communicate consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Act as liaison with other leadership and promote company culture and values
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
