Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as General Manager with P&L responsibility
  • Experience in restaurant or retail industry preferred
  • Must have open availability
  • Ability to work at least 45 hours per week
  • Must pass Food Safety Certification
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Financial literacy
  • Ability to spend 80-90% of time on shop floor
  • Must understand and comply with personnel policies and safety procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to maintain customer satisfaction and handle complaints
  • Ability to develop and lead teams
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing
  • Must have strong work ethic and initiative

  • Experience in the Restaurant Industry preferred

Job Duties
