Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Expected 50-hour work week
  • Open availability that may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Maintain world-class operations with successful crew and pristine restaurant environments
  • Drive high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Understand and perform every job in the restaurant
  • Be accountable for all restaurant performance aspects and act as the ultimate decision-maker
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Train and develop teams, providing timely and meaningful performance feedback
