Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including MVR
- Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Expected 50-hour work week
- Open availability that may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Maintain world-class operations with successful crew and pristine restaurant environments
- Drive high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Understand and perform every job in the restaurant
- Be accountable for all restaurant performance aspects and act as the ultimate decision-maker
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Train and develop teams, providing timely and meaningful performance feedback
