Job Requirements
- minimum 3-5 years of previous casual dining restaurant manager experience required
- preferably general manager experience
- ability to lead and inspire a team
- strong understanding of restaurant financials
- commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- leading the restaurant as if it were your own including managing financials
- promoting positive company culture with teammates and guests
- maintaining high standards for service and guest interaction
- focusing on professional and personal development of hourly employees and management daily
- ensuring food quality and presentation meets company standards
- maintaining awareness of restaurant ambiance and setting staff standards
- recruiting, training, and supporting team members daily
- building relationships with Catering and Marketing departments to boost sales
- adhering to health and safety standards set by Condado and the Department of Health
