Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant general manager level experience in a full-service w/bar environment including P&L responsibility
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred or equivalent coursework
- Experience in full-service restaurants is required
- Proven ability to manage conflicts, resolve challenges, and inspire teams in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presenting to diverse audiences
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a focus on business goals and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee full-service restaurant and coffee shop operations at EWR Airport
- Manage and develop a high-performing team through effective training and coaching
- Ensure outstanding hospitality, sanitation, safety, and adherence to all company policies
- Drive operational excellence by managing food and labor costs, maintaining shared P&L accountability, and running efficient shifts
- Uphold company values while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
- Report to the Operations Manager and coordinate for seamless daily operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
