Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant general manager level experience in a full-service w/bar environment including P&L responsibility
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred or equivalent coursework
  • Experience in full-service restaurants is required
  • Proven ability to manage conflicts, resolve challenges, and inspire teams in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presenting to diverse audiences
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a focus on business goals and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee full-service restaurant and coffee shop operations at EWR Airport
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team through effective training and coaching
  • Ensure outstanding hospitality, sanitation, safety, and adherence to all company policies
  • Drive operational excellence by managing food and labor costs, maintaining shared P&L accountability, and running efficient shifts
  • Uphold company values while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
  • Report to the Operations Manager and coordinate for seamless daily operations
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
