Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- must pass background check
- must have reliable transportation
- able to tolerate standing walking lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 80% of shift time
- able to sweep mop dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers
- able to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding restaurant
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- college degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- profit and loss responsibility
- basic personal computer literacy
- strong leadership and communication skills
- positive attitude and people development track record
Job Duties
- find hiring and develop employees
- conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
- schedule and deploy team correctly
- address performance issues
- assist in resolution of customer issues
- manage restaurant budget and financial plans
- maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
