Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience including leadership roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Valid Health Card as required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass Criminal Background Check including Motor Vehicle Record
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Willing to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card as per state or local regulations
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Proven management and team-building skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop a team with high leadership potential
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development and food quality
  • Maintain high standards in food safety, customer service, and cleanliness
  • Understand and perform every job function within the restaurant
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant performance as the ultimate decision-maker
  • Engage in frequent and clear communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build an effective team through training and timely performance feedback
