Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must have high school diploma
  • minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • maintain current health card as per local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • proven ability to train and develop teams
  • strong management and organizational skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • experience managing P&L

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of high-potential leaders
  • manage recruiting, training, and staff development
  • oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring excellent customer service and food quality
  • maintain food safety and store cleanliness standards
  • manage restaurant financial performance including P&L
  • facilitate clear and consistent communication with field leadership and team
  • uphold company culture and values
