Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years restaurant experience
  • proven leadership experience
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • valid Health Card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • pass ServSafe certification exam

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, write, and comprehend English
  • valid Health Card in compliance with state or local regulations
  • certification or ability to obtain ServSafe certification
  • strong communication and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Building and developing a team of high performers
  • recruiting and training staff
  • overseeing restaurant operations including food quality and customer service
  • managing profit and loss statements
  • ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • maintaining clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff
  • fostering a positive company culture and core values adherence
