Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- good physical condition to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and use of fingers and wrists continuously
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent customer service and communication abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to resolve conflicts and manage customer complaints effectively
- scheduling and inventory management experience
- physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting and standing
- familiarity with liquor laws and safety standards
Job Duties
- oversee the operation of the kitchen and dining service
- estimate food and beverage usage and place supplier orders
- total cash and charge receipts daily
- supervise food preparation and check quality and portion sizes
- resolve customer complaints regarding food or service
- ensure cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas according to company standards
- monitor staff and guest adherence to safety standards and liquor laws
- recruit, hire, orient, and train new team members
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
