Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • good physical condition to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and use of fingers and wrists continuously
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to resolve conflicts and manage customer complaints effectively
  • scheduling and inventory management experience
  • physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting and standing
  • familiarity with liquor laws and safety standards

Job Duties

  • oversee the operation of the kitchen and dining service
  • estimate food and beverage usage and place supplier orders
  • total cash and charge receipts daily
  • supervise food preparation and check quality and portion sizes
  • resolve customer complaints regarding food or service
  • ensure cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas according to company standards
  • monitor staff and guest adherence to safety standards and liquor laws
  • recruit, hire, orient, and train new team members
  • schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
