Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Must have two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience
  • Proven leadership experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop team members with leadership potential
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including well-developed staff and strong financials
  • Maintain high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • Serve as ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • Communicate consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
