Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant operations or management
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Physical capability for pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage food and beverage inventory
- Knowledge of safety standards and liquor laws
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Good organizational and scheduling abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee food preparation and check quality and size of servings
- Resolve customer complaints about food or service
- Ensure kitchen and dining areas meet company cleanliness standards
- Monitor staff and guest actions to enforce safety standards and liquor laws
- Recruit, hire, and orient new team members
- Oversee training of staff
- Schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
