Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • capacity to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • proficiency in using hands and wrists for pushing, pulling, and stretching motions
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

  • Previous restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations and dining room service
  • estimate food and beverage usage and place supplier orders
  • total cash and charge receipts daily
  • check quality and portion size of food servings
  • resolve customer complaints about food or service
  • ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
  • monitor staff and guests for safety and liquor law compliance
  • recruit and hire new team members
  • orient and train staff
  • schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
