Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- capacity to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- proficiency in using hands and wrists for pushing, pulling, and stretching motions
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage staff and schedules effectively
- experience with inventory management and ordering

- ability to handle financial transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen operations and dining room service
- estimate food and beverage usage and place supplier orders
- total cash and charge receipts daily
- check quality and portion size of food servings
- resolve customer complaints about food or service
- ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- monitor staff and guests for safety and liquor law compliance
- recruit and hire new team members
- orient and train staff
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
