Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Must have the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must be able to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work a 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current health card as per state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass the ServSafe certification course and exam
  • Experience managing restaurant operations and teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Build and develop high-potential teams into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including excellent food and customer service
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and store cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and accountability leader for the restaurant
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and strong financial results
