Job Requirements
- Two plus years experience as a restaurant general manager with a proven record of success
- A high school diploma is preferred but leadership passion and drive are paramount
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Results-driven with a focus on boosting sales and profitability
- Quick problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Frequent bending and twisting

- Minimum two years of experience as a restaurant general manager with a proven success record
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to manage operational details and maintain focus on profitability
- Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage staffing schedules, inventory, and cost control to optimize revenue
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Create and sustain a positive restaurant culture that motivates and inspires the team
- Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic leadership and customer engagement
- Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively to maintain service quality
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by going above and beyond in customer service
