Job Requirements

  • Two plus years experience as a restaurant general manager with a proven record of success
  • A high school diploma is preferred but leadership passion and drive are paramount
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Results-driven with a focus on boosting sales and profitability
  • Quick problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
  • Frequent bending and twisting

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience as a restaurant general manager with a proven success record
  • High school diploma preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage operational details and maintain focus on profitability
  • Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Manage staffing schedules, inventory, and cost control to optimize revenue
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Create and sustain a positive restaurant culture that motivates and inspires the team
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic leadership and customer engagement
  • Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively to maintain service quality
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by going above and beyond in customer service
