Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with leadership experience
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card as required by state or local authorities
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Availability for approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card as required by state or local regulations
- Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and hold accountability for restaurant performance
- Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
