Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with leadership experience
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by state or local authorities
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Availability for approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and hold accountability for restaurant performance
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
