Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive and successful restaurant management experience
  • Experience in quick service restaurant environment preferred
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to rapid and complex changes
  • Skilled in performance management and conflict resolution
  • Commitment to personal and team development
  • Ability to maintain work-life balance and manage time effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years progressive management experience in restaurant industry
  • Proven leadership in quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex, fast-changing work environments
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee development
  • Skilled in performance management and crucial conversations
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to foster a positive work culture and team engagement

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations to achieve financial and performance goals
  • Manage and develop restaurant team members ensuring high engagement and culture
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
  • Implement and monitor operational metrics and compliance standards
  • Conduct performance management including crucial conversations and problem resolution
  • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
  • Promote and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
