Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of progressive and successful restaurant management experience
- Experience in quick service restaurant environment preferred
- Must be over the age of 18
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to adapt to rapid and complex changes
- Skilled in performance management and conflict resolution

- Minimum of 6 years progressive management experience in restaurant industry

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations to achieve financial and performance goals
- Manage and develop restaurant team members ensuring high engagement and culture
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Implement and monitor operational metrics and compliance standards
- Conduct performance management including crucial conversations and problem resolution
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
- Promote and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
