Job Requirements

  • at least two years of leadership experience in relevant industries
  • ability to lead a team and manage restaurant operations
  • proficiency with back-of-house systems and P&L management
  • excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to obtain food safety licenses or certifications
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Qualifications

  • ability to manage scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and marketing efforts

Job Duties

  • lead, coach, and work alongside the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • manage staffing including recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members
  • oversee restaurant operations including scheduling, expense tracking, inventory control, and labor management
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality
  • drive restaurant success through local marketing initiatives and performance management
  • conduct performance reviews and develop high-performing employees for advancement
  • manage variable work schedules including weekends and holidays to meet business needs
