Job Requirements
- at least two years of leadership experience in relevant industries
- ability to lead a team and manage restaurant operations
- proficiency with back-of-house systems and P&L management
- excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain food safety licenses or certifications
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead, coach, and work alongside the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- manage staffing including recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members
- oversee restaurant operations including scheduling, expense tracking, inventory control, and labor management
- ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality
- drive restaurant success through local marketing initiatives and performance management
- conduct performance reviews and develop high-performing employees for advancement
- manage variable work schedules including weekends and holidays to meet business needs
