Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma required
- Two years restaurant experience with proven leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Must maintain a current Health Card per state or local laws
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications

- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Successful completion of ServSafe certification course and exam
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team
- Proven track record of maintaining high operational standards
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top performers
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) and overall restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food, and adherence to food safety standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and operational excellence
- Facilitate clear communication with leadership and staff
- Promote company culture and values throughout the team
