Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • must maintain current health card per state or local requirements
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • capable of performing leadership and operational tasks
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop a high-potential team into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations including well-developed staff, excellent food quality, and strong financial results
  • maintain and drive standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • act as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • engage in clear, consistent communications with leadership and staff
  • build and develop effective team through training and timely performance feedback
