Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- must maintain current health card per state or local requirements
- must have reliable transportation
- must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- capable of performing leadership and operational tasks
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Identify and develop a high-potential team into leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class operations including well-developed staff, excellent food quality, and strong financial results
- maintain and drive standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- act as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
- engage in clear, consistent communications with leadership and staff
- build and develop effective team through training and timely performance feedback
