Job Requirements
- minimum of 2+ years managerial experience in the restaurant industry or related field
- preferred ServSafe Certification with assistance provided if not certified
- energetic and excellent communication skills
- practical hands-on approach
- ability to foster teamwork
- ability to provide daily coaching and feedback
- experience managing budgets
- training and development capabilities
- strong analytical skills
