- willingness to learn and be receptive to training

Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure high performance
- work hands-on alongside team members in food preparation and customer service
- maintain communication and teamwork within an open kitchen environment
- oversee scheduling and staffing to meet restaurant needs
- implement company standards to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction
- mentor, coach, and train employees to foster growth and development
- monitor key performance indicators, costs, and profitability
