Job Requirements

  • 3.5-5+ years of General Manager experience
  • experience leading teams of 25-40+ in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • strong background in labor management, cost controls, and financial accountability
  • experience maintaining brand standards and operational consistency
  • successful track record of driving revenue, controlling costs, and improving KPIs
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3.5-5+ years of General Manager experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily shop operations and ensure flawless execution
  • maintain Pinkbox brand standards, product quality, and "Showtime Readiness"
  • manage scheduling, deployment, breaks, and staffing levels for a 30+ person team
  • lead opening/closing procedures, cash controls, inventory accuracy, and sanitation
  • recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing team members
  • coach employees and leaders for consistent performance and service standards
  • create a fun, energetic, Pinkbox-branded culture that motivates and retains talent
  • full P&L ownership - labor, COGS, controllables, waste, and profitability
  • hit weekly/monthly KPI targets and drive continuous improvement
  • conduct weekly P&L reviews and implement action plans
  • ensure cost controls are executed daily, not just "talked about"
  • deliver exceptional guest service with visibility and urgency
  • resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
  • ensure the shop is always running at Pinkbox speed, energy, and quality
