Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two-years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current health card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • able to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • open availability such as nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • two or more years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current health card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check and motor vehicle report
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations, including well-developed crew and staff
  • maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • understand and perform every job in the restaurant
  • be accountable for the restaurant's overall performance and decision-making
  • communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • build effective teams through training and provide timely performance feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain strong financial results
