Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Must pass SERV Safe Certification
  • Must have open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card according to state or local regulations
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week with open availability

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations with well-developed crew and staff
  • Maintain and enforce high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
  • Engage in clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
