Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current Health Card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including MVR
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification
- Must have open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to work 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card according to state or local regulations
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week with open availability
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations with well-developed crew and staff
- Maintain and enforce high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
- Engage in clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff
- Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
