Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with lead experience
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Maintain current Health Card as per local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass Criminal Background Check including MVR
- Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Available to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in training and developing team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to manage financial operations and P&L
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Identify a team with high potential and develop them into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations including a successful and well-developed crew and staff
- Maintain and drive high standards and expectations around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Understand and perform every job in the restaurant
- Be accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance and serve as the ultimate decision-maker
- Engage in clear, consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Build an effective team through training, development, and meaningful performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent strong financial results
