Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership responsibility
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Maintain current Health Card as per state or local laws
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current Health Card according to local regulations
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including staff development and pristine restaurant conditions
  • Maintain high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform every job in the restaurant as needed
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong financial results
