Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write English
  • Maintain current health card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • Pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Expected 50-hour work week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write in English
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop a team with high potential into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including a successful crew and pristine restaurant environments
  • Maintain high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Understand and perform every job in the restaurant
  • Be accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance and decision-making
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Build effective teams through training and timely performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
